¿Cómo hacer una Solicitud de Ciudadanía Cubana?
Pueden solicitar la ciudadanía cubana aquellas personas no nacidas en la Isla y que uno de sus padres sea cubano.

La ciudadanía cubana cuesta $350
(adicional 15 usd de gastos de envío Fedex 2 day)
Tiempo del trámite
De 90 a 120 días hábiles para que las autoridades cubanas lo aprueben, una vez recibida toda la documentación en nuestra oficina.
¿Qué documentos se requieren?
Para solicitar la ciudadanía cubana, debe enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Modelo de Solicitud lleno y firmado.
- Certificado de nacimiento original del solicitante emitido por el Registro Especial del Ministerio de Justicia.
- Foto de pasaporte reciente.
- Fotocopia del pasaporte extranjero de nacimiento válido y vigente del solicitante. Si consta de una prórroga debe enviar fotocopia de la página donde consta la misma.
- Fotocopia de los pasaportes válidos y vigentes de los padres del solicitante (el padre o madre cubano debe presentar la fotocopia de su pasaporte cubano).
- Fotocopia del certificado de nacimiento del padre o madre no-cubano. Si esta fallecido, fotocopia del certificado de defunción, lo que sustituirá la copia del pasaporte extranjero válido y vigente.
- Certificado de nacimiento original del padre o madre cubano. Si es fallecido, debe presentar certificado de defunción original, además del certificado de nacimiento original.
- Si el padre o madre cubano emigró antes del 71 y no se ha confeccionado nunca un pasaporte cubano nuevo tiene que aportar fotocopia del documento que demuestre que emigró antes de esa fecha y fotocopia de pasaporte extranjero válido y vigente.
- En el caso de los menores de 18 años, de no estar presente alguno de los padres debe presentarse una escritura de autorización del padre o la madre (no presente), debidamente autenticado por el Departamento de Estado Federal. Si el padre o madre no reside en EEUU. Se debe presentar un poder notarial de consentimiento para que su hijo menor adquiera la Ciudadanía Cubana a través del Consulado de Cuba en su país de residencia.

¿Qué pasos debe realizar para Aplicar Online?
- Completar toda la información que se solicita.
- Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjetas de crédito/débito. Usted recibirá una confirmación del pago realizado.
- Firmar y subir su foto de forma electrónica, según las indicaciones que se ofrecen. CAMBIAR POR Firmar y adjuntar fotocopia o foto de los documentos requeridos para su trámite.
Tramison le hará llegar por email el Label (etiqueta) de Fedex para que usted pueda enviar sus documentos originales a nuestra Oficina Central en Washington D.C.
Tramison lo mantendrá informado en todo momento del estado de su trámite. Cuando éste concluya, se le notificará el número de tracking del envío de su pasaporte o documento solicitado, para que usted pueda conocer la trayectoria hasta su destino final.

Fraudulent Service and Fake Refund !!
Hace más de tres meses pagué $350 dólares por un trámite de documentos en Cuba.
El servicio nunca fue realizado, nunca se entregó ningún documento y, después de recibir el pago, dejaron de responder completamente.
Posteriormente, Mónica me informó que me devolverían $300 dólares. Ese reembolso apareció incluso como “pendiente” en mi cuenta, lo cual me hizo creer que el dinero estaba en proceso. Ese depósito jamás se realizó, el dinero nunca entró y luego desapareció sin ninguna explicación.
En resumen:
• Cobraron el dinero
• No prestaron el servicio
• Prometieron un reembolso
• Mostraron un reembolso “pendiente” que nunca se depositó
• Dejaron de responder
Esto no es solo mal servicio, es una práctica engañosa y una retención indebida de dinero.
Cuando una empresa cobra por un servicio, debe cumplir o devolver el dinero. En este caso, no hicieron ninguna de las dos cosas.

Estoy súper feliz con los resultados y los servicios, fueron muy atentos, me mantuvieron informada paso a paso de el proceso de mi pasaporte, y lo mejor es que hice la aplicación desde mi casa, solo mande mi pasaporte y en menos de 4 días mi prórroga estaba lista y mi pasaporte de regreso a mis manos, pude viajar a tiempo. Si pudiera darle más estrellas lo haria!!! Gracias q me dieron la información de este sitio y pude contactarlos!! Eficiencia puntualidad profesionalismo de mil puntos!! Viajaba el 20 de mayo y no pude abordar por la prórroga de mi pasaporte cubano vencida!!! En 4 días lo obtuve y hoy 25 estaré volando Dios mediante a abrazar a mi familia después de 10 años!!! No hay palabras para agradecer!!! Y en especial a la sra Juana q lo hizo posible, desde q me contactó sábado 21. 10 am y desde entonces hasta hoy 25 no dejó de comunicarse conmigo!!!
