¿Cómo obtener una Visa HE-11?
El trámite para la obtención de la Visa HE-11 aplica para ciudadanos cubanos que salieron de Cuba antes del 1ro de enero de 1971 y desean viajar a Cuba con pasaporte americano.
Usted debe conocer que en caso de que la Visa HE-11 sea aprobada, usted tiene un límite de días que es reflejado en la Visa para entrar a Cuba y puede permanecer allá hasta 90 días desde la fecha de entrada, prorrogables en caso de presentar razones que lo justifiquen.

¿Qué documentos se requieren?
Para completar la solicitud del trámite, debe enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Fotocopia de pasaporte extranjero válido y vigente.
- Documento original que pruebe su salida de Cuba antes del 1ero de Enero de 1971
¿Qué pasos debe realizar para Aplicar Online?
- Completar toda la información que se solicita.
- Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjetas de crédito/débito. Usted recibirá una confirmación del pago realizado.
- Capturar la foto, la firma y adjuntar fotocopia o foto de los documentos requeridos en su trámite de forma digital, siguiendo las indicaciones que aparecen en el sitio web.
Si usted está realizando el trámite por primera vez, Tramison le hará llegar por email el Label (etiqueta) de Fedex para que usted pueda enviar el Documento original que pruebe su salida de Cuba antes del 1ero de Enero de 1971, a nuestra Oficina Central en Washington D.C.
Si no realiza el trámite por primera vez, esto no es necesario pues solo se presentan fotocopias de los documentos.
Tramison lo mantendrá informado en todo momento del estado de su trámite. Cuando éste concluya, se le notificará el número de tracking del envío de su pasaporte o documento solicitado, para que usted pueda conocer la trayectoria hasta su destino final.
