Renovación de Pasaporte
¿Cuándo solicitar una Renovación de Pasaporte Cubano?
Este trámite se solicita si usted puede aportar una foto legible de la página principal de su Pasaporte Cubano, siempre que haya sido confeccionado a partir del 1ro de enero de 2016.
Usted debe presentar los siquientes documentos:
- Foto legible del Pasaporte Cubano (vencido, perdido, robado, deteriorado, con hojas llenas) excepto si el Pasaporte es Oficial (Rojo) que en ese caso deberá entregar el Pasaporte físico.
- Foto legible de su Certificado de Nacimiento.
- Foto para el nuevo pasaporte (Alta resolucion, fondo blanco, ropa oscura. Que se vean ambas orejas, mirada all frente, sin sombras ni brillo). 2. Este trámite también se solicita si usted no puede aportar foto legible de un Pasaporte Cubano y su salida de Cuba fue a partir del 1ro de enero de 2016.»
*En este caso presentará foto legible de su Certificado de Nacimiento.
Los pasaportes tendrán para los adultos una validez de 10 años.
El costo del trámite para adultos: 235 usd (adicional 15 usd de gastos de envío y 5% cargo de servicio)
Tiempo del trámite: Aproximadamente 3 meses, (una vez recibida toda la documentación en nuestra oficina.)
Para realizar el trámite solo debe seguir estos simples pasos:
- Dar aplicar y comience a llenar los datos que se soliciten que son los que aparecerán en la Planilla Consular.
- Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito. Usted reciibirá confirmación del pago realizado.
- Capturar la foto, la firma y adjuntar fotocopia o foto de la página principal de su pasaporte o del certificado de nacimiento (según su trámite lo requiera), de forma digital siguiendo las indicaciones que aparecen en el sitio web.

La renovación de pasaporte cubano para adultos cuesta $235 y para menores de 16 años cuesta $205
(adicional 15 usd de gastos de envío Fedex 2 day)
Tiempo del trámite
Aproximadamente 2-3 meses, una vez recibida toda la documentación en nuestra oficina.
¿Qué documentos se requieren?
Para completar la solicitud del trámite, debe enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Fotocopia con buena calidad de la página principal del pasaporte a renovar (En caso de tenerla).
- Fotocopia de su Certificación de Nacimiento (En caso de no poder aportar Foto de la página principal del Pasaporte y haber salido de Cuba después del 1ro de enero de 2014).
- Si Ud. posee un pasaporte rojo (Oficial) debe enviarnos el pasaporte original, el cual será entregado en la Oficina Consular cubana.
¿Qué pasos debe realizar para Aplicar Online?
- Completar toda la información que se solicita.
- Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjetas de crédito/débito. Usted recibirá una confirmación del pago realizado.
- Capturar la foto, la firma y adjuntar de forma digital la fotocopia de la página principal de su Pasaporte y la fotocopia de su Certificación de Nacimiento, siguiendo las indicaciones que aparecen en el sitio web.
En caso de que usted posea pasaporte rojo,Tramison le hará llegar por email el Label (etiqueta) de Fedex para que usted pueda enviar el pasaporte original a nuestra Oficina Central en Washington D.C.
Tramison lo mantendrá informado en todo momento del estado de su trámite. Cuando éste concluya, se le notificará el número de tracking del envío de su pasaporte, para que usted pueda conocer la trayectoria hasta su destino final.

Fraudulent Service and Fake Refund !!
Hace más de tres meses pagué $350 dólares por un trámite de documentos en Cuba.
El servicio nunca fue realizado, nunca se entregó ningún documento y, después de recibir el pago, dejaron de responder completamente.
Posteriormente, Mónica me informó que me devolverían $300 dólares. Ese reembolso apareció incluso como “pendiente” en mi cuenta, lo cual me hizo creer que el dinero estaba en proceso. Ese depósito jamás se realizó, el dinero nunca entró y luego desapareció sin ninguna explicación.
En resumen:
• Cobraron el dinero
• No prestaron el servicio
• Prometieron un reembolso
• Mostraron un reembolso “pendiente” que nunca se depositó
• Dejaron de responder
Esto no es solo mal servicio, es una práctica engañosa y una retención indebida de dinero.
Cuando una empresa cobra por un servicio, debe cumplir o devolver el dinero. En este caso, no hicieron ninguna de las dos cosas.
Dejo este review para advertir a otros clientes. Tengan extremo cuidado antes de pagar. Mi experiencia fue totalmente negativa y poco transparente.

Estoy súper feliz con los resultados y los servicios, fueron muy atentos, me mantuvieron informada paso a paso de el proceso de mi pasaporte, y lo mejor es que hice la aplicación desde mi casa, solo mande mi pasaporte y en menos de 4 días mi prórroga estaba lista y mi pasaporte de regreso a mis manos, pude viajar a tiempo. Si pudiera darle más estrellas lo haria!!! Gracias q me dieron la información de este sitio y pude contactarlos!! Eficiencia puntualidad profesionalismo de mil puntos!! Viajaba el 20 de mayo y no pude abordar por la prórroga de mi pasaporte cubano vencida!!! En 4 días lo obtuve y hoy 25 estaré volando Dios mediante a abrazar a mi familia después de 10 años!!! No hay palabras para agradecer!!! Y en especial a la sra Juana q lo hizo posible, desde q me contactó sábado 21. 10 am y desde entonces hasta hoy 25 no dejó de comunicarse conmigo!!! Los recomendaría hasta el fin de los siglos!!! Amén, quie ha pasado por esto sabe a lo q me refiero!!! Gracias Juana!!!
