¿Cómo obtener una Visa Electrónica?
La visa electrónica es requerida solamente a personas no nacidas en Cuba que desean visitar la Isla desde EEUU.
Es válida para una sola entrada a Cuba, en un viaje de 90 días, y es prorrogable por una única vez por igual periodo de tiempo ante las autoridades de inmigración, una vez que se encuentre en el territorio nacional cubano.
Es necesario que los menores de edad viajen con visa electrónica, aun cuando estén agregados en los pasaportes de los padres o tutores legales.

¿Qué documentos se requieren?
Para completar la solicitud del trámite, debe enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Fotocopia a color de la hoja principal del pasaporte extranjero
¿Qué pasos debe realizar para Aplicar Online?
- Completar toda la información que se solicita.
- Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjetas de crédito/débito. Usted recibirá una confirmación del pago realizado.
- Firmar y adjuntar fotocopia o foto de la página principal de su pasaporte extranjero de forma digital, siguiendo las indicaciones que aparecen en el sitio web.
Su Visa será tramitada en un tiempo estimado de 24 horas. Cuando el trámite esté concluido le enviaremos un email con el código relacionado con su Visa electrónica para viajar desde los Estados Unidos a Cuba y el enlace a la página Web D’Viajeros.
Usted debe acceder al enlace D´Viajeros a partir de los 7 días antes de su vuelo para completar sus datos e introducir el código de su visa.
Una vez completado el proceso, obtendrá la «información Adelantada del viajero” donde se incluirán sus datos personales, número de visa y código QR. Este documento debe conservarlo para presentarlo ante las autoridades que lo requieran durante su viaje. El código de visa es único y válido para una sola entrada a cuba.
